Please join us this Saturday October 18th for the Cresheim Trail monthly work day .
Help us do finish work on the last leg connecting the trail through to the rail road right of way and to Germantown Ave (via the walkable section of Cresheim Valley Drive).
We will be finishing up on retaining wall construction, building a bench atop a scenic overlook, trail shaping, trash removal (as always), and more. Snacks, work gloves, tools, and drinking water provided.
Come out to see how far the trail has progressed! With your help we can complete this section before winter.
Meet at 10:00 on Cresheim Valley Drive just east of the Chestnut Hill West RR trestle (east of Cresheim Valley Drive and Lincoln Drive)
Your support is appreciated whether you stay for a short while or work all day.
As always coffee, water and snacks will be provided along with tools and gloves. We suggest long pants, long-sleeved shirts, and sturdy shoes. RSVP preferred but not necessary, susan@cresheimtrail.org. All skill levels welcome!
